Customer Deal Desk Specialist

The Customer Deal Desk Specialist supports the North America Tech License sales teams for quoting, contracting and management of complex transactions. The Deal Desk team serves as trusted advisors for internal systems and business processes to streamline efficient workflow, enhance sales productivity and increase win rate of opportunities. The Deal Desk Specialist handles complex transactions and project manages revenue opportunities to successful conclusion by engaging with the appropriate internal teams to advance opportunities using sound business practices in accordance with Oracle policy. The work is fast-paced and seasonal in nature, corresponding with Oracle's quarterly and annual fiscal cycles.

 

Key Skills and Experience

5+ years of relevant experience Some contracting or deal desk experience is preferred Ability to handle complex transactions  Project management of revenue opportunities Cross functional collaboration Knowledge of the Oracle Sales process, systems and tools Experience in CPQ, DAS, Q  Experience with supporting ULAs Strong communication skills Strong organizational skills
