**Main Purpose of the Job**
Drive profitable growth for Distributor key customers. Make Nestle/distributor a business partner of choice in collaboration with Field Sales Managers and distributor partners by creating the customer business plan, modeling and coaching the Nestle way of selling and negotiation, & driving excellent execution through customer coverage and service
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Build the total Customer business plan of the Distributor key customer, as aligned with overall business and customer strategies and in line with planning processes and tools
+ Define the standard routines and service that will make the Customer’s order to cash and in-store execution processes more systematic and organized
+ Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations
+ Drives selling and negotiation of the customer plans
+ Accountable for the achievement of agreed Customer targets and KPIs (Sell-Out, Trade Spend, Execution, etc.)
+ Ensure execution of the Customer business plan through collaboration with different cross-functional teams
+ Regularly coach Distributor Major Customer Specialist on the Nestle way of selling and the operations standards for the Customer
