Looking for a focused, detail oriented, customer support specialist.
Day to day will include:
•\tMaintaining and helping expand an existing customer account base through telephone and email contact with customers
•\tWorking closely with the company's sales team/executives to provide superior service to accounts. Will be assigned an outside sales rep and accounts to build relationships.
•\tWorking closely with other departments to coordinate international & domestic shipments as needed
•\tResponding quickly to customer needs and satisfying requests efficiently
•\tMaking product recommendations and work closely with customers to find the right solution for their needs.
•\tEnsuring that customers understand the benefits and advantages of our client's technology and services
•\tAssist company efforts to drive and promote customer satisfaction throughout the organization
•\tProcessing quotes, credits and complaints according to company policies
•\tProcessing orders for accounts within the territory as needed
•\tPromote electronic tools and website
•\tMaking pro-active inbound & outbound phone calls while building customer relationships
•\tPotential for coordinating the order flow at ancillary locations

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
•\tHigh School Diploma or GED
•\tBilingual – Spanish speaking preferred
•\tDetailed oriented team player
•\tDisplays time management & problem solving skills
•\tPrevious call-center (preferably in a manufacturing environment) and/or customer service experience
•\tExcellent oral and written communication skills
•\tComputer & keyboarding skills
•\tProficiency in MS Word & Excel
•\tOccasional travel may be required
•\tKnowledge of ERP system, specifically Epicor
•\tAbility to multitask
•\tKnowledge of International shipping requirements (Incoterms/ shipping documents)
•\tThe ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
•\tReasoning ability – the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to work independently and take appropriate corrective action when minor problems arise.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
