In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Performance Management
Mentor and develop team members through regular one-on-one sessions and formal performance feedback, encouraging continuous growth.
Monitor and supervise individual and team performance metrics to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Priority Management
Set and communicate work priorities for the team, ensuring accountability and alignment with customer and project deadlines.
Teamwork and Communication
Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members across multiple functional areas to ensure flawless collaboration.
Collaborate with internal team members to resolve any drawing-related issues, ensuring quick resolution and alignment.
Drawing Creation
Lead various activities and processes, including Level and Quote Drawings, Model Creation, DaRT, Change Orders, and more, to help the team deliver outstanding service and meet all performance metrics.
Quality Assurance
Validate customer drawings to ensure accuracy in alignment with order requirements and product specifications.
Provide constructive comments and feedback to drafters, helping them improve their work and meet the required standards.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field (Engineering, Drafting, or Leadership). Previous experience in Emerson Flow Controls is required.Technical Knowledge Requirements:
Familiarity with Oracle, Flex, and FF2 is highly preferred. General understanding of SolidWorks Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) systems is important. Mechanical competence and the ability to visualize assembly models and diagrams optimally. Awareness of internal and industry standards related to the position’s responsibilities.Traits & Skills:
