Then come and join our global team as Customer Engagement and Community Manager (f/m/d) CT, to be responsible for fostering a thriving customer community, promoting peer-to-peer exchange: knowledge sharing and best practices to enhance product utilization and clinical impact. You will develop tailored educational programs in collaboration with key opinion leaders to accelerate domain-specific learning, aiming to increase customer satisfaction and generate additional revenue. This role also involves actively engaging with customers, managing contracts, analyzing feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align engagement initiatives with overall business goals.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will establish and nurture a vibrant peer-to-peer customer community, focusing on fostering a culture of value and best practice sharing and measure success through increased product utilization, faster learning curve adoption, and heightened clinical impactYou will cultivate strong connections with scientific end-users and key opinion leaders to design tailored educational programs You will lead operational efforts by conceptualizing, organizing, and overseeing various customer workshops, webinars, and the production of related relevant content. Continuously innovate and adapt these formats to meet evolving customer needsYou will support customer contracts, ensuring compliance, renewals, and terms negotiation. You will collaborate with legal and sales teams to maintain contract integrity You will conduct customer feedback surveys, analyze results, and generate reports. You will drive improvements based on customer insights in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Product Relationship Management (PRM), Research and Development (R&D), Service, and Marketing and Sales (M&S) teamsYou will collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align customer engagement initiatives with overall business objectives. You serve as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and synergy

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a university degree in Medicine, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering or a related fieldYou have many years (minimum 5) of experience in customer engagement and relationship management or similar in the healthcare industryYou have strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate customer workshops and engagement programsKnowledge of Computed Tomography technology and clinical trends is a plus
