YOUR JOB:

Responsible for the delivery of all B2C email acquisition, turning prospects into sales leads.Responsible for developing and implementing campaigns to acquire new customers for Cigna’s International Healthcare markets.The role will oversee the email acquisition process, ensuring that it aligns with our overall marketing objectives and contributes to the growth of our client base.Working with our digital service agency to develop future enhancements to Eloqua, including introducing new channels, building dynamic content capability, creating engagement modelsCreate new digital campaigns to enhance member experience and drive acquisitionThe role is crucial for expanding our digital marketing efforts and enhancing our communication with potential customers.

MAIN REPONSABILITIES:

Developing and executing email communications for client acquisition.Working with marketing and sales colleagues, develop and execute email communications for B2B acquisition, engagement, and retention objectivesData sourcing and quantification. Planning the data volumes and budgets to meet targets. Promotion development aligned with performance marketing and broker marketing.Connecting campaigns and building customer journeys, where integration increases value.Development and management of automated campaigns within the Eloqua and other automation platformsUsing analytics insight to recommend optimisation of campaign assets and journeysEmailing air traffic control ensuring GIH audiences are receiving the right message at the right time, and that we are not over-communicating.Analysing campaign performance and engagement metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement opportunities. Report on business impact to senior leadership.Managing relationships with email service providers and vendors specific to GIH workstreams.Monitoring industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques and recommend how these could be integrated into campaign strategies Working with Eloqua, Salesforce and analytics colleagues to deliver and track the effectiveness of all campaigns.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE NEEDED:

5+ years’ experience in revenue generating email marketing in retail  / consumer environments.Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Ability to develop and optimise customer journeys across email, SMS and websites.Ability to build campaigns with CTA’s that are focused on generating sales.CMS experience and capabilities with landing page and content development.Agency and project management experience.Data Cleansing / Augmentation skills.Ability to develop creative content that resonates with the target audience.Passionate about email marketing and have a track record of successful customer acquisition using platforms like Salesforce/Eloqua/Twillio/PathfactoryStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools. Including proficiency in excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
