We’re united by purpose, inspired by you.About the Team: This role will report the Chief of Staff and work within the Office of the CEOAbout the Role:The Customer Engagement Lead is responsible for strategic planning, coordination, execution and program management of all CEO engagement with customers and partners globally to drive bookings, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. This position enables seamless and effective execution of customer related activities within OCEO (e.g. meeting briefings, follow-up notes and ongoing account update/action tracking and program management).About You:Customer Operations and Engagement:Support Chief of Staff with strategic planning and execution of CEO's engagement with customers and partners to drive business objectives.Work with account teams and GTM office to assess and qualify meeting requests that solicit CEO’s involvement and work with OCEO team (CoS and EA) to schedule and notify relevant teams.Collaborate with account teams to create comprehensive executive briefing materials and concisely summarize and articulate key points to Chief of Staff and/or President & CFO.Monitor key customer activity internally and externally and track follow-up actions to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.Work with internal stakeholders to ensure we are delivering on customer commitments, managing customer escalations, and implementing changes based on feedback to enhance the customer experience.Draft, edit, and review customer-facing messaging, including emails, social media posts, and other channels. Ensure all communications are consistent with the President & CFO’s and company's brand voice and guidelines.Program Management and Other Tasks:Document and organize all of CEO’s customer/partner related appointments, briefings, communications, follow up and outcomes for entire OCEO team to leverageTravel for customer-facing trips to ensure CEO is briefed and that follow ups are timely as needed.Proactively monitor pipeline and account activity to identify opportunities for CEO’s engagement in collaboration with GTM office.Work with communications to source relevant customer stories/anecdotes for speaking engagements.Other various tasks as assigned by OCEO teamBasic Qualifications:5-10+ years of experience in pre-sales, operations, consulting, product, and/or project management experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS companyProven experience leading cross-functional projects, programs, or initiatives from inception to completion, regardless of reporting lines, working across teams such as Finance, GTM, Operations, and Product.Ability to travel up to X%Preferred Qualifications:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze, synthesize, and present complex data in a concise, executive-friendly manner.Comfortable and effective working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.Experience with social media management and digital marketing.Knowledge of HCM/WFM industry-specific trends and best practices.We Offer:Here at UKG, our purpose is people™. The pay range for this position is $142,100 to $200,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
