As a Customer Engagement Manager you will manage customer expectation to ensure satisfaction, maximize retention and identify new opportunities on key large international customers across South Europe.

This is a role that gives you the flexibility of working from home and our office in Massy, France.

In this role, you will:

Work in close co-operation with Program Management team to manage expectations.Coordinate activities with Solution Management and Product Marketing to ensure our value proposition is clear to the customer.Prepare final quotation in collaboration with other key stakeholders within Avnet Embedded.Follow-up on quotes and lead negotiation.Conduct business review meetings.Prepare budget planning and forecast.Responsibility on the expansion of our business inside the customer.Be the escalation point for issues at the customer.Management of  Commercial Contract, Audit, Self assessments, Quality Contracts.Manage customer communication on a regular basis to update on project milestones, deliverables and milestones.Mapping out the customer and identifying key stakeholders and building relationship with them

What we are looking for:

High tech product development culture and background.Embedded and IoT (HW, SW, display and manufacturing) understanding.Experience in solution and value selling methods.Ability to multi-tasking, prioritize and manage time effectivelyPresentation Skills.Excellent written and verbal communication in English, any additional language is a plus.Strategic thinking and business oriented.Ability to connect with management level in large organizations.Open to occasional travel.
