Customer Engagement Specialist (1 year contract)

 

Support customer conservation campaigns and communicate customer offers through voice calls to retain existing customers. Explore cross-selling opportunities to increase customers’ lifetime value. Follow up on customer enquiries and resolve issues to enhance customer loyalty. Prepare regular reports and provide periodic updates to management on billing status and policy retention progress.  Perform administrative duties related to conservation and settlements. Support any ad hoc job duties related to customer retention.

 

 

 

Diploma holder or above in any discipline At least 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in insurance industry IIQE Paper 1 and 2 qualification is required General insurance knowledge is a must Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus Proactive, independent, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skill PC literate in MS Word, Excel and Access
