As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to elevate customer experiences while playing a vital role in ensuring efficient and effective customer support. Job Duties: How You Win Everyday + Take inbound and make outbound calls to assist our customers in scheduling a free appointment with one of our experts. + Strive to meet or exceed your metrics for converting leads into scheduled appointments, while also focusing on appointment retention. + Collaborate effectively to ensure smooth communication and provide a personal touch with our homeowners.
