Customer Engagement Specialist
Job Purpose:
Major Tasks To achieve territory sales, growth, and market share targets, for assigned brands in the Private and Tertiary Sectors.
Kay Task and Responsibilities:
Create early understanding, acceptance, and adoption of the designated brands by engaging with and influencing all relevant stakeholders.Build trustful relationships with HCPs in the relevant departments at the assigned Tertiary Hospitals and educate them on the Bayer brands.Arrange scientific meetings, and present educational/promotional content to relevant HCPs and HCP groups.Self-development with the latest clinical data, brand strategy and tactics, competitive landscape, and standard tools.Plan, orchestrate and execute customer omnichannel engagements in defined territories tailoring information based on HCP’s needs and priorities and via HCP’s preferred channels to build long term trustful relationships by applying patient focused global standards (PFI).Pro-actively monitor, collect market intelligence to keep Nuclei teams informed about relevant competitor activities and provide input to the Nuclei in formulating counter strategies.Pro-actively collect and communicate customer insights to respective Nucleis and provide input to Nucleis in co-creating solutions for customer’s needs.Continuously enrich the customer understanding by capturing in the Veeva CRM system and taking advantage of the technology and valuable data and insights.Utilize the advantages of digital solutions to ensure holistic customer experience and satisfaction through data driven decisions.Leverage cross-functional collaboration to maximize customer experience.Contribute to designing and implementing tailored action plans for priority customers in close collaboration with core Nuclei teams.Track performance through customer and business related KPIsProvide input and communicate customer feedback to respective Nuclei via FLSM for promotional campaigns.Report on customer engagement activity and updates qualitative customer related information daily in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Veeva system.Update and maintain the customer database for customer for both the private and tertiary sectorsFollow local compliance code, local laws and policies.
Qualifications:
University degree or comparable education in medicine, pharmaceuticals or similarExperience in Ethical Pharmaceutical sales
