Our client, a leader in customer engagement, is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be part of the Office Department supporting customer relationships and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Engagement Specialist - In Person
**Location:** Mesa, AZ
**Pay Range:** $24.03 - $26.44
**What's the Job?**
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and satisfaction
+ Act as a liaison between sales and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow
+ Support new customer onboarding and at-risk customer reviews to reduce churn
+ Conduct customer sales gap analysis to promote additional or new product offerings
+ Create, edit, and convert sales quotes
**What's Needed?**
+ 2+ years of experience in customer engagement, sales support, or a similar role
+ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
+ Ability to analyze reports and identify opportunities for growth
+ Familiarity with Salesforce, ERP systems, or similar platforms (preferred)
+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail
