Experience Level: Target 4-8 years We are looking for a skilled Customer Engineer with expertise in Exchange and Azure Infrastructure to join our team. This role involves providing support for Exchange Online and On-Premises Exchange/ADFS, performing critical upgrades and security patching, and optimizing the clients cloud infrastructure. You will be the dedicated person for Exchange-related tasks, answering questions, and working on projects and initiatives. The candidate should be available to work on-site one to two days a week. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead support for Exchange Online (80%) and On-Premises Exchange/ADFS (20%). + Perform critical upgrades and security patching. + Execute critical updates, patching, and decommissioning of on-premises Exchange environments. + Proactively address mail flow issues to maintain operational excellence. + Identify and implement opportunities to optimize clients' cloud infrastructure for improved security and reduced on-premises footprint. + Dedicate efforts to Exchange-related tasks, including answering questions, working on projects and initiatives, providing support, and overseeing critical updates and patching. **Technical Skills:** + Strong skills in Exchange Online administration and governance, with experience in Exchange On-Premises migration. + Experience with scripting, Azure AD, Microsoft Graph, and Networking is a plus. **Requirements:** + Must pass Client background screening and HireRight background check. **Certifications:** + Certifications are not required but are considered beneficial for the role. **Preference:** + Candidates who live close to the location (NY) for easier site visits. **Notes:** + Need strong focus on Exchange On-Premises. + Azure Infrastructure skills are desirable, particularly in Azure AD and Networking. **Salary Range:** The base salary range for this position is, 91,457 -137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
