Danfoss Climate Solution Segment are looking for a Customer Experience Account Manager to join our Turbocor® team in Nordborg.
In this role you will be the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
As the customer’s advocate within the organization, you will manage customer interactions and collaborate with Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Key Account Managers, and Product Managers to deliver a seamless customer experience.
You will have the opportunity to gain a large network both within our organization and with our customers.
This is an on-site position, as we highly value in-office collaboration.
As our new Customer Experience Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and actively supporting our customers, all while staying ahead of their expectations. You will manage order inquiries, shipments, order changes, returns, and repairs using tools like Salesforce cases, calls, and emails.

Background & Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have a background in customer service and account management, ideally within a manufacturing environment. You hold a degree in business administration or equivalent educational background.
As a person, you possess a natural professional and friendly attitude, with a customer-focused approach. You should be an excellent communicator with a structured and solution-oriented mindset. A high level of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers and internal teams will be key to your success in this role.
