We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional first-tier support to our diverse international clientele, ensuring consistent communication and efficient query resolution.
This position reports directly to the Customer Service Operations Manager based in our Cardiff office, working as part of a small team.
