Are you an experienced call center agent looking for your next opportunity? Concentrix is hiring **Customer Experience Advisors** to support leading international brands across travel, tech, e-commerce and more.

**Your Responsibilities:**
+ Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions (calls, emails, chats)
+ Understand client needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently
+ Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up
+ Log customer interactions accurately and follow internal procedures
+ Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ **Bilingual in French and English – spoken and written**
+ **Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is required**
+ Familiarity with customer service KPIs (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.)
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to manage pressure and multitask effectively
+ Strong problem-solving attitude and customer focus
+ Team spirit, adaptability, and commitment to high service standards
