Requirements
High school diploma or GED Customer service experience is a plus Strong computer navigational skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) Excellent oral and written communication skills Exceptional listening/comprehension skills Professional and courteous Customer orientedWork Environment
