JOB SUMMARY 

Our Level 1 Technical Support Specialists provide technical support for a leading computer technology company. 

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will diagnose computer issues by telephone or assist customers remotely to solve the hardware and software problems encountered in use.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS 
 

Fluent command of Czech or Slovak Fluency in English Willingness to work from Sofia, Bulgaria; Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage Previous experience in technical support is an advantage Knowledge of computing technology is an advantage Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) A positive and open-minded attitude Eager to learn, self-motivated and goal-oriented
