Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences? Plexus Corp. is seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Assistant to join our team in a hybrid role that combines receptionist/administrative duties with a focus on elevating our customer visits and site brand experience.

What You'll Do:

Be the face of Plexus! Champion our brand by ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Orchestrate seamless customer visits from start to finish, including menu planning, room setup, vendor coordination, logistics and travel arrangements.

Maximise our meeting spaces by managing reservations, resolving conflicts, and collaborating with teams to optimise usage.

Handle day-of visit execution, coordinating with teams and vendors, tackling last-minute needs and ensuring smooth operations.

Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and customers through clear communication and a collaborative spirit.

What You'll Bring:

 Bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field

An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 1 (proofreading a plus!).  

A genuine passion for customer service.

Ability to provide direction and influence across teams.

Superb multitasking and prioritisation skills.

Top-notch organisational abilities.

Experience with travel arrangements is a plus.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint whiz!).
