We're seeking talented individuals with:

- 0-1+ years of experience in Voice Process (Inbound or Outbound calls)
\n- Intermediate/ 12th/PUC/ Graduate education qualification
\n- Excellent English verbal and written skills
\n- Experience in International BPO Industry (preferred)
\n- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
\n\n
Responsibilities:
\n\n
- Provide product and service information to customers
\n- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
\n- Respond to customer issues on TA
\n\n
