                                      Customer Service Representative- Payment Processing

                                                             Recruiting Now! Weekends Off!

                                             Onsite Position – 1000 Stewart Avenue, Glen Burnie, MD 

                                                                                  Up to $20/hr

                          Shift Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM (some slight flexibility to move that earlier/later

 

The Customer Service Rep will handle all lockbox inquiries and issues that are received via telephone, case system or email. This position is considered a production-oriented position, which includes adherence to Client based service level agreement goals.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivation to work under minimal supervision while mastering tasks that may strictly defined procedures as well as others that require outside of the box problem solvingAbility to handle multiple task assignments concurrentlyAttention to detailProficient time management skillsAbility to self-manage deadlines to prescribed service level agreementsOwnership of inquiry/issue case assignment and resolution from start to finishProficient in PC skills and Outlook, Word and ExcelDetail oriented while completing financial inquiries and case notesStrong verbal communications and able to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work with little to no supervisionAbility to lift 10- 25 lbs.High school diploma or GED

Experience in a Wholesale / Retail lockbox environmentBanking experiencePosition is 50% seatingSalesforce experience beneficialPerform research on client reported errors and provide information to production managersProcess adjustments to resolve financial impact errors as neededProcess all foreign item conversions that are received into LockboxWork with production management and applicable technical support groups to resolve client issues/inquiries as applicableCommunicate via telephone and/or email error resolution updates to client as applicableUpdate case specifics in the error repository application as cases are closedProvide daily error reporting details to production managementProvide monthly error reporting details to production managementPerform miscellaneous tasks as needed and/or directed by production management

 

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. .The pay range for this role is $20/hr.
