\nPosition Overview: The CEA III will be responsible for reporting, client interface, data analysis for operations, and identifying any anomalies to report to IT. The CEA III will work closely with clients, third-party vendors, ancillary service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks, special projects, and participant issues.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\n Primary Focus: Process, track, and report on bankruptcy cases.\n Additional Responsibilities:\n \n Prepare and track reports related to mail house outputs.\n Monitor performance standards for mail house activities.\n Respond to agency requests via email and/or Service Requests.\n Provide performance reports and backup data to the Quality Assurance (QA) team.\n Develop and maintain documentation for process flows, administrative summaries, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\n Assist with release validations.\n Create metrics to support process management and identify areas for future improvements.\n Troubleshoot application and data issues and escalate them to the appropriate contacts.\n Identify and mitigate risks, escalating high-risk or complex issues to management.\n \n\nSkills & Qualifications:
\n\n Required Skills:\n \n Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Microsoft Teams.\n Ability to track and manage multiple project functions effectively.\n Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.\n \n Education & Experience:\n \n High School Diploma required.\n Previous experience in operations or data analysis preferred.\n \n Internal Candidates:\n \n Must have no written disciplinary actions within the past 3 months.\n All internal candidates must apply through the Career Portal and notify their immediate supervisor/manager before applying.\n \n\n\n

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated pay for this role is $19.50/hr + RBC
