Customer Experience Center Manager
**Overview** We’re seeking a talented, proactive, and highly organized Customer Experience Center (CXC) manager to lead all operational aspects of the Panasonic Connect Customer Experience Center (CXC) located in Hoffman Estates Illinois. The CXC manager will be a critical member of the marketing team responsible for hosting customer, employee, and partner tours of the CXC, owning the CXC calendar of events/logistics, and coordinating AV, technology, and digital content enhancements through the space. **_This role requires the ability to work onsite in Hoffman Estates 5 days per week._** At Panasonic Connect, we connect the power of people and technology to change work, advance society and help connect to tomorrow. Come join our journey! **Responsibilities** The CXC is an experiential showcase of Panasonic Connect’s B2B enterprise solutions, combing both immersive digital experiences and physical product interaction experiences. The CXC is attached to the Hoffman Estates office, and is used as an executive briefing center, training center, and social meeting hub capable of hosting both small and large gatherings in different formats. **What You'll Get To Do:** The CXC manager will be extremely customer-service oriented and comfortable presenting Panasonic Connect solutions and providing personal tours of the CXC to groups and VIPs. The CXC manager will work closely with marketing creative services team and business unit leaders to provide a roadmap of upgrades (audio, visual, experiential, physical) to continually enhance the experience for guests. The CXC manager will partner closely with vertical marketing to ensure key brand and solution messages are incorporated into the CXC story telling. The CXC Manager will be both creative and operationally focused with very strong project management, process, and communication skills. **Customer Experience Center Tours and Event Hosting** + Manage the CXC tour calendar, online booking process, and catering if required. Communicate closely with requestors to ensure advance planning. Coordinate guest access with the security team and facilities. + Prepare digital content, prepare AV systems, greet guests, and host tours of the CXC in collaboration with business stakeholders (often sales or business unit leaders). + Educate guests on Panasonic Connect history, solutions, and technologies while make the tour fun, relaxed, and memorable. Evolve the tour script and narrative as needed to improve tour experiences. + For larger training or company events; prepare the CXC accordingly and coordinate with stakeholders on the run-of-show and agendas. + Track guest visits and work with digital marketing on CRM tracking and ROI attribution. Create reports and participate in QBRs showcasing the impact of CXC on the business. + Manage the CXC budget, expenditures, and 3 rd party contractors. + Conduct post-tour surveys and monitor feedback across the organization. **CXC Enhancements and Roadmap Management** + Manage an ongoing roadmap of enhancements to the CXC, working closely with marketing leadership team and 3 rd party contractors. + Collaborate with vertical marketing and creative services to audit and review digital content (videos, presentations) required to personalize the CXC digital experience based on the different business units represented in the CXC. + Continually advocate for new experiences and brainstorm creative interactions to increase engagement with guest. **Additional Marketing Team Contribution** + Occasionally host the Panasonic Connect videocast production + Work on special marketing projects as determined by business and manager needs. **Qualifications** **What You Will Bring:** The CXC Manager should have experience with event production, digital content management, and very comfortable with professional audio and video systems which power immersive experiences within the CXC. This role needs to be within commuting distance to Hoffman Estates and will be required to be in the office a minimum of 3-days per week and flexible enough to adjust schedule for last minute tours when required. In addition to managing the CXC, this role will also be an occasional host of a new videocast thought-leadership program, and maybe asked to contribute to other Panasonic Connect marketing projects as required. **Education & Experience** **:** + 8 + years of professional experience with at least 3 years in experiential marketing or event marketing + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, public relations, or similar field preferred + Experience working with live productions, at an AV integrator, or at an experiential marketing/PR agency highly desired + Experience working with AV and construction contractors. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
