We are hiring a Customer Experience Data Analytics Intern to join the Lenovo Experience Group. This role is based in Morrisville, NC and will require onsite presence 3 days/week.

As part of the Lenovo Experience Group, we are a community of innovative thinkers who use analytics to drive data-driven decisions to improve customer experiences, employee experiences, and digital experiences for Lenovo operational teams. As a summer intern you'll work with experienced analysts and data science professionals who will teach you the fundamentals of data analysis while you contribute to real projects.

Responsibilities:

Learn and practice data analysis basics using tools like Excel and SQL Help create simple data visualizations to share findings with the team Assist in gathering and organizing data for team projects Take part in team meetings to understand how data professionals work together Learn how to document your work for team collaboration Work with different departments to understand how they use data

Basic Requirements:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or similar Basic Excel skills Strong attention to detail Interest in working with data and solving problems Good communication skills Ability to work onsite in Morrisville, NC

Preferred Requirements:

Some exposure to programming (Python, R, or any coding language) Familiarity with making charts and graphs Eagerness to learn new technical skills
