The Global Digital Hub is a vital pillar of this organization, executing digital-only customer experiences across the General Medicines & Vaccines portfolio in markets outside the US with no local sales, marketing & medical resources. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Brand Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing analysis & optimisation of agreed brands across selected Emerging Market Countries. Moreover, the role will play a critical role, supporting the Associate Director – Customer Experience to play back key data and insights to business stakeholders in Global, Regional and Local teams to drive action in the pursuit of a much-improved customer experience and higher performance impact. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: Support the execution of omnichannel integrated campaigns for priority markets/brands, ensuring clear customer segmentation and targeting in collaboration with Medical Affairs Managers. Coordinate with x-matrix stakeholders, third parties, and media agencies to flawlessly execute campaigns, ensuring alignment with regional/local stakeholders and the broader channel mix. Oversee content tagging and campaign effectiveness tracking according to the global & General Medicine analytics framework, including providing instructions for tagging across all campaign materials. Conduct monthly campaign performance analysis, extracting key insights and recommending optimizations for senior management presentations as part of ongoing agile sprint retrospectives. Collaborate with scrum masters to ensure the effective use of global digital platforms, incorporating best practices, updates, new functionalities, and channels. Manage content demand forecasting, prioritize activities with third-party vendors, and oversee compliance, vendor performance, and risk mitigation across the Digital Hub. Why You? Basic qualifications: Experience working with Rx brands at local or global level. Digital Marketing degree or equivalent with significant experience in omnichannel execution of content and user journeys Understanding of customer segmentation & targeting Hands on experience of content development, copy approval, i.e. Content Lab and high accountability for critical complex projects Excellent internal engagement skills - building credibility with, and insights through, a strong internal network of key stakeholders Advanced English *Fixed term position: until December, 2025 Why GSK?
