Job Scope:The Customer Experience Team strives to exceed the customers' expectations and deliver a service experience that positively influences their loyalty and satisfaction.  As the Customer Experience Intern at Liberty Hardware, you will fill a pivotal role that provides opportunities for personal and professional development while contributing to business success through elevating the customer service experience.  You will work on targeted projects individually or as part of a small team.  Projects require customer service operation observations, data collection/analysis, multi-functional communication and problem solving. Upon completion of the internship, the project will be presented to a broader leadership team. 

Key Focus Areas:Consumer InsightsResponsibilities include but not limited to:          Gather and evaluate customer satisfaction resultsReporting, evaluating processes and presenting improvements based on customer feedback, and leveraging customer engagement tools.Develop and present action plans against key findingsPerforms other duties as required

Knowledge Center of ExcellenceResponsibilities include but not limited to:          Evaluate process improvements for training initiativesSupport the Knowledge Coordinator with the management of the SOP review process and maintenance of the Customer Experience SOP Library.
