Customer Experience Manager

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a first-class customer service experience and providing sales support. You will also play a central role in digitizing manual tasks to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will take Customer Service to the next level and integrate different customer service function into one new Customer Experience function.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Lead and develop the customer service team to ensure high customer satisfaction.Provide sales support and collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.Identify and implement digital solutions to automate and improve manual processes.Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience of working in a challenging, matrix organization.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are needed to effectively work with stakeholders at all levelsPC Literate including advanced Excel and knowledge about SAP and Client Link would be an advantage.Strong influencing skills as well as communication skills on multiple levelsEffective decision making and problem-solving skillsExperience in customer service and sales support, preferably in an international company.Strong leadership and communication skills.Experience with digitization and automation of processes.Analytical skills and experience working with customer data.Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
