Customer Experience Manager
Location: East Leake (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)

About Us
Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers. Our Customer Experience & Insight team ensures we stay ahead by understanding customer needs, identifying trends, and driving innovation. This role will directly report to our Head of Customer Experience.
The purpose of the role is to monitor the customer experience performance using a wide range of research methods and tools in order to bring in direct customer feedback. Then combining data sources and context to derive actionable insight to share with the business. Making visible the customers functional and emotional needs to identify moments of truth and pain points. Then influencing others to translate this insight to opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Key Requirements
Analyse customer feedback, identify trends, and present insights Lead and manage customer research projects Design surveys and manage external agencies Organise and facilitate workshops & stakeholder meetings Engage with customers directly to gain valuable insights Use data analytics tools (e.g.Power BI, Excel,) to drive change Manage research briefs, requests, and stakeholder communicationWhat We’re Looking For
We need someone who can hit the ground running! You should be:
Experienced in Customer Experience, Insights, Research, Marketing, or Brand A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills Analytical and comfortable using data to drive decision-making Adaptable, proactive, and a self-starter Familiar with survey design & customer research methodologies Open-minded, curious, and able to turn insight into actionWhy Join Us?
