Key Responsibilities: Develop impactful Customer User Journeys: Based on data driven insights, develop impactful customer journeys and related materials to maximize reach & impact of the actions defined in the brand plan. Support the content manager by creating Materials – in the relevant GSK tools - to support the deployment of the User journeys Execute global integrated campaigns in line with specific customer segment needs and our local context. Deploy the material via appropriate channels to generate and increase the interactions with our customers. Measure Impact & course correct: Collaborate with 3rd party stakeholders, global and regional teams to replicate valuable commercial projects for Belgium and Luxembourg Track and manage the performance of activities, customer journeys on the different channels to increase customer engagement and drive our business Maximize use of GSK omnichannel tools: Explore and implement opportunities in the digital space and leverage the GSK omnichannel tools Interact with local and global agencies, manage the approval processes and implement locally the material to support the brand plan. Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: An innovative, open-minded and creative individual, with a challenger attitude able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment Degree level: scientific bachelor/master or relevant experience, preferably in healthcare with 3+ working experiences in commercial pharmaceutical roles Prior experience in marketing and/or customer experience development Experience using multiple channels of marketing mix & evidence of successful implementations through digital channels. Strong presentation skills, demonstrating enthusiasm, strong initiative, and high sense of urgency. Strong project management, collaboration skills, and innovative thinking.
