The Position

This role suits to a commercially orientated professional who will take ownership of promoting and selling innovative products (portfolio includes: biochemistry, immunology, coagulation, urine analyzers) while building lasting relationships with key accounts. As a trusted advisor, you’ll develop tailored solutions, negotiate impactful deals, and drive business growth. Your strategic insights will shape market strategies, enhance sales performance, and contribute to overall profitability. With a strong focus on customer experience, you'll be the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. This role will cover the region/territory Centre of Romania.

Ideally you are located in Brasov and/or Sibiu.

Career Opportunities and Challenges

Implement the account strategy for the Roche product portfolios, for each assigned client account and within the assigned territory, in line with the business strategy to achieve set territory sales targetsIdentify new sales and upselling opportunities with existing clients in the assigned territory Promote products & solutions to Healthcare (HC) Professionals   in order to increase the awareness and use of the company’s productsActively involved in tender project management, including providing accurate sales information inputs regarding customersWork closely with the Regional Customer Experience and Distributors Network Lead for the respective account to ensure national strategies are implemented at individual customer level within assigned territoryImplement the relevant promotional activities in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders for existing customers Act as the first line of contact and respond to all customers requirements to maintain required customer service levelsMonitor market, customer and competitor movements within assigned territory and report back to relevant internal stakeholders for appropriate action/responseEnsure accurate and timely data reporting in the internal data platforms on competition data, updates based on customer visits and opportunities management linked to account planParticipate in global and regional working groups providing account management learnings and drawing from learnings from the groups

Who You Are

University Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Medical Sciences or equivalentProven experience (2+ years) commercial sales experience in medical industry and/or laboratory experienceLocal language at native level and English language at advanced level Demonstrated experience in working in or with diagnostic molecular and/or pathology laboratories and/or clinicians is a plusEstablish strong collaborative relationships by creating an atmosphere of openness and trustPersistent and driven to achieve objectivesApply emerging knowledge and trends in one’s area of expertise to improve resultsDemonstrated listening and communication skills to be able to express ideas fluently and eloquentlyAgile mindset: customer centricity, embracing change, failing fast and learning quickly, collaborative attitude, openness to feedback, resilientSkilled at using MS Office and/or G-suite Flexible to business travelDriving license, B category, mandatory
