Primary point of contact for customer issue resolution, Cross-functional liaison between customer and Parker operations.
+ Addressing expedite, escalation and order status requests
+ Creating reports to understand customer inventory days of coverage
+ Managing customer supply and demand requirements
+ Maintaining customer portals and company ERP
+ Forecast loading and analysis
Qualifications
+ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Commerce or similar preferred.
+ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in planning/scheduling and customer service/experience
+ APICS CPIM Certification is a Plus
+ Customer negotiations/de-escalation
+ Fluent in both English / Spanish
+ Strong written and verbal communication
+ Intermediate ERP knowledge
+ Proficient in MS Office /Advanced Excel
