Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
5+ years in quality management or operational excellence roles.
QMS ownership (e.g., ISO 9001 or industry equivalent) with regulatory and legal compliance.
Proficiency with analytics and reporting (SQL/Excel/Power BI/Tableau).
Preferred SkillsLean/Agile methods (VSM, Kaizen, SCRUM); LSS Green/Black Belt or PSM/SAFe.
Advanced quality tools (SPC, FMEA, control plans, CAPA; audit programs).
Experience deploying digital quality solutions and workflow systems (e.g., Jira, QMS/EDMS).
ResponsibilitiesElevate customer metrics (NPS, CXI) and embed a transparent, quality-first culture.
Design, operate, and improve the QMS; manage risk and audit readiness.
Deliver real-time KPI visibility; perform analyses to trigger preventive action.
Lead innovation in quality (automation, in-app checks, analytics dashboards).
Train teams in core quality, Agile, and Lean practices.
Coordinate internal/external stakeholders and lead quality networks.
Pay Details: $50.00 to $54.00 per hour
