For our Bruker entity in Ettlingen we are looking for Customer Experience and Quoting Specialist (m/w/d).

Responsibilities

Purpose of the job :

 

The Customer Experience and Quoting Specialist is the face to our internal and external customers, they are responsible for ensuring Customer Experience is the core focus from initial inquiry to order entry to cash communication.

Provide internal Sales & Service SupportResponsible to receive, track all incoming inquiries from our internal & external customersPrequalify and assign the inquiries to the relevant parties

Primary responsibilities

 

Sales & Service Support

Support by creating quotations (systems, accessories, spare parts, consumables, service agreements, relocations, repairs, & any billable service)Work closely with the team of technical experts to ensure feasibily of quotes when necessaryDocument Support (collect, fil-in, submission of external or internal documents required by customers and / or auditors)Support with tenders, when applicableSupport the cash collection process : Communication with banks (Letter of credits, bank guarantees), invoice distribution (customer portals submission…)Coordinate returns of defective material to repair centers

  

Secondary responsibilities

 

External Customers Inquiries

Monitor & prequalify all incoming inquiries (understand requests received by phone, emails, or others)Collect and document data (Contact details, system details, topic…)Assign inquiry to the relevant party (Sales, Service, others…)Support with end to end communicationProvide recommendations for accommodation & travel directions to Bruker locations

Overall

Close cooperation with the order processing teamSupport for the same features in other regions when language permits, back-upDevelopment of excellent working knowledge of Bruker productsOther tasks that broadly correspond to the above tasks and objectivesAll other tasks related to improving effectiveness

 

Business Travels: less than 10% within EMEA

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Hard skills

High school diploma or equivalent requiredSignificant experience in Business administration At least 3 years hands-on experience on SAP ERPAt least 6 months of experience in the field of public tendersExcellent written and oral communication skills in German (Fluent) & English (B2)Any additional European language appreciatedNo visa disqualification from US or EU
Able to build knowledge of the hardware configuration of our major hardware product lines (Magnetic Resonance or Imaging products) to support the sales and service organization in preparing a quoteHas an understanding and process knowledge of public tenders for capital equipment and has repeatedly and continuously participated in the successful submission of such tendersHands-on experience on SalesForce.com CRM appreciatedKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
