     ACCOUNTABILITY:

To ensure complete customer satisfaction by effectively processing accurate orders, providing timely and effective communication and information with being proactive in problem resolution. 

 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Customer Orders:

Support and process customer orders in SAP. Keep track of order status and communicate progress with supplying plant and both internal and external customers for on-time delivery Follow up the shipment status and work with logistics for import & export & local delivery Handle customer inquiry on stock availability, order status, transportation status with timely manner Responsible in the order process fulfilment and improvement. Issue invoice based on each shipment and receive payments

 

Customer Complaints:

Handle Quality complaint(QP) & Service complaint (QS) in CRM Support to investigate and deliver the finding to customer with corrective/preventative action Issue Credit/Debit note issue to customer

 

Customer Samples:

Process requests for free of charge commercial product samples with appropriate approvals Arrange Article / Development sample order Arrange the custom clearance and track the delivery status

 

Customer Queries:

Handle the coordination and response to all inquiries for troubleshooting Work closely with sales / supply chain team to meet customer’s satisfaction.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

 

Education Background: Bachelor degree

 

Technical Skills: Over 7~12 year’s Customer Service Representative experience is required. Well understanding in Intercompany trading business model and Chemical industry knowledge. Good English skills including speaking and writing. SAP experience is required
