High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionallyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Experience with Salesforce and Five9 is a plusOrganized, detailed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused mindset with strong conflict resolution and negotiation skillsBilingual (Spanish or French) is a plusWHAT YOU’LL GET

Hiring Range: $16.80 - $26.40.
