Job Description
As an Account Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately entering data, processing orders, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries. You will also coordinate with vendors to maintain stock availability and resolve any issues that arise. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage customer accounts effectively.
ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter customer information, orders, and other relevant data into our system.Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Communicate with vendors to manage orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely supply of products.Regularly check inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to maintain stock availability.Send and respond to customer emails promptly, addressing inquiries, complaints, and providing information as needed.Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.Handle customer accounts, including updating information, managing preferences, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.Proven experience in a customer service role.Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work with vendors and manage inventory.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.Additional Skills & QualificationsCustomer service experienceCall center experienceCustomer support experienceAccount management experienceExperience with purchase ordersSales experiencePay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
