Role and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to new partners using vetted leads.Manage and maintain your sales pipeline.Collaborate with Channel Business Managers (CBMs) and Dell Executives (DEs) to execute business plans.

Key Qualifications:

Strong verbal and listening communication skills.Experience in a customer service role.Ability to implement company initiatives and business plans.Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with a focus on data integrity and activity tracking.Experience in the channel/distribution industry is a plus.

Education/Experience

Typically requires a four year college degree or equivalent experience and 0-2 years functional experience.

This is a non-exempt role. The hourly rate target range is $23.00 hour.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $47,300.00 - $75,700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
