We're Hiring! Sell Agent – Customer Experience

Schedule: Tues-Sat, or Sun-Thurs. shift option available (9:00am-6:00pm)

Pay: $22.00/hr. + Bonus

Location: 14900 Landmark Blvd. Dallas, TX.

The Sell Agent – Customer Experience is responsible for delivering customer website support and coordinating customer vehicle purchases.   

Responsibilities

Driveway website concierge/brand promise expert:Customer ConciergeAnswers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forwardCoordinates virtual inspection using our inspection applicationCoordinates pick-up of purchased vehicle from customer’s home.Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/emailMaintain activity logOther duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in customer service and/or Sales is preferredAuto industry experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skillsTime managementActive listening skillsCritical thinking
