What you’ll own

Develops recommendations to solve problems and issues and influences stakeholders using data derived from user experience insights / analysis, operational data (revenue, customer tier, tenure, etc.), and insights from internal forumsPartners with internal stakeholders and lines of business to influence and make stakeholder recommendations for product development, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization to enhance the user experience and support our path toward digitizationPartners with VOC strategists to design and implement feedback collection methods such as surveys, usability tests, and user interviews aiming to gather data on user interactions, pain points, and satisfaction levels.Collaborates with product management to ensure that user feedback is integrated into product development and prioritizationSupports lead CX statistician in research and analysis to support business operations and presents findings to manager or project leaderDevelops complex understanding of customer experience using detailed customer journey maps for all lines of business, including types of customers, touchpoints, products used, pain points, and key journey milestones.

What you bring

Prior experience designing and improving customer experiencesExcellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributorsExcellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management and time management skillsStrong ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take using a data-driven approachEmpowered – You use our initiative, taking calculated and thoughtful risks to progressHumble – You never stop learning, no matter how experienced you are.
