JOB PURPOSE

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand the needs of retail customers through internal reviews and support the resulting strategies through proactively initiating actions for continuous improvement.You’ll serve as “point of contact” for operational escalation on matters outside of guardrails and service delivery to enable targeted interventions.Be accountable for improving long term customer operations and customer service key metrics for own customers.Own & drive Customer Collaboration Agenda.Manage local audits & initiate local requirement changes.

Details of key responsibilities:

Act as an “escalation point” for order-to-cash related questions.Integrate new customers and channels into existing processes in close alignment with the sales team.Provide input to commercial contracts (logistics, Trade Terms, electronic data exchange).Evaluate cost-to-serve efficiency and cost & supply chain efficiency, especially opportunities from ordering behaviour.Work closely with customers and using data analytics to get customer insights.Use customer insights to propose and drive improvements.Lead Customer supply chain reviews with customer, engage sales teams where support is needed Monitor customer sales/forecasting patterns and provides needed info to Customer Operations on any changes/special cases.Support GenPact HUB colleagues in order-to-cash process improvement.Participate in/provide input for projects and improvement initiatives related to order-to-deliver area.Be the first point of contact for the business and customers for Customer Experience related questions.Provides training to colleagues and new team members regarding your own field.Coordinate initiatives (e.g. gathering and analyzing data, providing insights toward customer behavior and contact with Sales/Customer).Create and optimize internal and external reporting.Work together with customers and other stakeholders to find relevant improvement areas to improve the customer experience and influence their behavior.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

You are experienced and have track record in understanding customers and their needs (advantage if you worked in similar role within FMCG or in any Logistics Network)Work experience in a logistics/customer service/sales or customer logistics position or a combination of theseUniversity/College studies in Economics (specification in Supply Chain is an advantage)Native Hungarian and at least intermediate level fluency in English

Skills

Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and you are also familiar with Power BI, SAPAnalytical skills to be able to analyze data and derive actionable insightsProactive solution & problem-solving mindset that helps you identify and address issuesCommunication & collaboration skills as you work with various stakeholdersUnderstanding of supply chain processes and technology
