As the Customer Experience Specialist you will be part of an international team, managing communication with Customers and cooperating with other departments locally and globally. Your role will be to ensure efficient processing of customer orders and deliver exceptional consumer experience.

Your key responsibilities

Order Processing: handle customer orders from receipt to delivery, including updates and cancellationsOrder Management: monitor orders, check availability, credit blocks, and address the issues promptlyCustomer Updates: communicate order status and supply issues, ensuring alignment with policiesIssue Resolution: manage returns, customer complaints and credit adjustmentsTeam Collaboration: serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams for seamless supportManage customer relationships

You bring

Bachelor with 3 years of working experience in an international environment, in Customer Experience, Supply Chain and/or LogisticsFluency in English both spoken and written, and other languages are a plusExperience in import and export will be preferred in B2B industryExperience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Good SAP knowledge - good to haveHigh learning agility, good communication & time management skills
