Customer Experience Specialist

The Honeywell Customer Experience Specialist provides inside sales and customer support for our portfolio of Energy Conservation rebate programs. In this role, you will report directly to our Customer Experience Program Management Supervisor and work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nProcess Energy Conservation rebate applications\nMake outbound calls to check on outstanding applications\nUncover customer interests and needs, discuss Energy Conservation programs available\nBecome a subject matter expert on our portfolio of Energy Conservation programs; promote benefits\nDiscuss eligibility requirements as defined in the terms and conditions\nResolve customer issues and address obstacles impacting the rebate process\nDrive continuous improvements in rebate processing and procedures\nCoach and train contractors on rebate application instructions, eligibility requirements, and standard operating procedures\nGenerate reports and excel spreadsheets\nPartner with program lead and field representative to resolve issues and improve performance\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\nHigh School Degree or Equivalent\nMinimum of 5 years customer service experience\nExperience promoting program benefits\nData entry skills (sales, orders, claims, rebates), high data entry accuracy\nIntermediate computer experience (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
