Job Description

!1.\tFulfill inbound calls. “Listening & Learning”, and take actions.

2.\tServe as an online reception to fulfill the request from Email and online chat

3.\tDeliver premium services to the customers by proactively coordinating with different teams (like sales force, service engineer…)

4.\tGenerate cross-division marketing qualified leads by different channels and follow up MQLs together with sales & marketing team

5.\tImplement digital marketing campaigns to generate leads through telemarketing channels, including enterprise WeChat, outbound calls, etc.…

6.\tProactive chats with Lab Partner customers to engage, nurture and convert LP customers

7.\tBuild customer base and customer portrait in CRM system

8.\tUnderstand team & personal goals, and devote himself/herself in digital marketing projects plan and review!
