What You Can Expect
Responsible for coordinating our logistics activities within the Customer Experience team whilst providing an exception level of Customer Service to both internal and external Customers.
Role comprises of both direct communication with Customers via telephone and email, as well as interacting with our SAP, Salesforce, booking app and MyMediset system to process bookings, invoicing, replenishments, order queries/ deliveries etc.
How You'll Create Impact Communicate with Customers (both internal and external) via the appropriate media, being telephone and email Create, release and amend loan bookings from internal and external customers using our 'MyMediset' software and the booking appCoordinate Urgent deliveries of our loan sets when demanded Be pro-active with following up on back orders in the loaners Arranging collections; Managing deliveries and returns of loan sets Maintain orders on customer-based portals; Work with multiple ERP systems which support activities Monitor the respective queues within Salesforce ensuring timely completion of requests Support the Patient Custom Made products and ensure timely delivery Be able to engage with and interact in a divers team based in an Open Plan office environment Other ad hoc duties as required by the Customer Experience Supervisor/ Manager Learn and understand the important of Zimmer Biomet products and services and apply empathy to situations/ discussions with the Customers so that we recognize the potential impact of their actions to peoples health and wellbeing What Makes You Stand Out Fluent in Dutch, French and English, in both speech and writing.
