HOW A FUNCTIONAL ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Analyzes user needs and performs research and functional analysis on a variety of projects
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
- alittle travel to DC as needed
- Proactively identify and resolve customer pain points
- Track and analyze customer feedback to identify gaps
- Collaborate with stakeholders to complete projects
- Respond to customer questions, resolve complaints
- Recommend strategies to strengthen customer experience metrics
