Customer Experience Specialist - Yardbird (Seasonal)

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll build exceptional customer relationships and provide open and transparent communication. Our main goal is to make sure a purchase with Yardbird is the best and simplest option from start to finish. In this role, you’ll be fully knowledgeable about the Yardbird product and story, ready to help all customers with any questions and requests.
What you’ll doBe friendly and helpful while engaging with customers via phone, live chat, email, social media or in person at our customer facing showroom or outlet center. Serve as an expert on all things patio furniture by providing accurate, up-to-date information including, product features, pricing, delivery, warranties and returnsWork closely with our delivery, operations and showroom teams to monitor the scheduling of deliveries to ensure customer satisfactionGuide and work with your fellow team members to achieve customer success in every interactionHelp find new ideas and methods to exceed customer expectations as a companyBasic qualificationsPrevious work experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent time management skills and ability to multitaskPreferred qualifications1 year of customer support, client services, sales or a related fieldSkilled at running multiple computer systems/windows simultaneouslyIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteWhat’s in it for you
