Specifically, you will: 

Daily Collaboration with Harvest/Pack team on product availabilityAlign with Sales Executive and Demand and Supply Manger on cross supplyFulfilment Ownership including product allocation and trackingFacilitate customer reconciliation programsSupport proper shipping documents for order including but not limited to BOLs and pack slipsData entry of daily customer orders and booking PO appointmentsOwn and Maintain Purchase Order TrackerCommunicate Change Order Requests for approvals and fulfillmentComplete Customer InvoicesNetSuite Customer Portals, I-trade, SPS, Nova, BurrisNew Customer/Item setupLogistics requests 

The ideal candidate: 

High school or equivalentExperience with NetSuite a plusExperience with Customer Fulfillment Programs (I trade, Food Link, Manhattan) a plus 

Preferred qualifications: 

Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, organization, and time managementAbility to work collaboratively with all levels of employees and managementProficiency with MS office products including Excel, Outlook, and Word Must be able to meet deadlinesPositive attitude and solid work ethicTravel 10% to 15% annually
