What impact you’ll make
As a member of the Services and Fulfillment Operations team, you will be an active contributor and supporter of everyday operations within the business.

What you'll do

Provide part supply demand support.Participate in Contractual Services (CS) inventory management.Support financial pacing, cost classification, billing and collections for assigned customer portfolioPrepare margin reviews for CSA agreements within assigned customer portfolio.Prepare other KPI reviews in support of team's operations.Submit Customer Issue Resolution (CIR) workflows for any identified fulfillment shortfalls.Update and maintain input in the Field Service Portal (FSP), including the Oracle Field Services (OFS) system. Support CSL as needed in completion of outage and customer relationship deliverables.

What you'll bring (basic qualifications)

You are currently enrolled in a Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic or Electrical engineering degree from an accredited university.You graduate from your degree a year or more from now ( December 2025 or later)Due to the global nature of the company, intermediate/advanced English skills are necessaryYou have Intermediate Excel skillsYou are available to work 30h/week
