Manage company-wide implementation of Meta's MR experiences for Work within large organizations through partners or direct with customers, ensuring a high level of adoption. 2. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors to create virtual reality and mixed reality adoption, passion and satisfaction. 3. Manage and maintain the customers relationship, ensuring that all customers attain a high level of adoption and business value from using Meta's work suite of products. 4. Own commercial relationship with existing customers with a responsibility for guiding them through the renewal process (in partnership with legal team) and in alignment with their organizational goals. 5. Establish measurable goals and KPIs for your customer accounts and drive a plan to completion. 6. Deliver awe-inspiring presentations and training, provide insightful practices and structure creative solutions. 7. Lead the development of the RL Commercial North America community through leadership, events, and developing best practices and engagement frameworks. 8. Navigate through multiple departments within an organization to build use cases and business value of Quest Devices and Quest for Business Adapt quickly to product changes and nuances and communicate these strategically to stakeholders. 9. International travel is required 30%. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 10. Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field and 8 years of work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. 11. Must be fluent in the following languages: Portuguese and English. 12. Requires 5 years of experience in the following skills: 13. 1. Proven track record of building C-level executive relationships with IT and Innovation stakeholders at large enterprise organizations 14. 2. Ability to explain technical solutions, establish goals, develop opportunities, and provide reporting/dashboards to identify trends and improve the customer experience 15. 3. Deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organizations and driving long-term engagement 16. 4. Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision, AND 17. 5.
