Job Description The role entails comprehensive oversight of the customer experience lifecycle, from initial acquisition through reactivation. Responsibilities encompass meticulous management of upselling, cross-selling and increasing attachment / subscription of Globe ecosystem per household or account (ARPA). Proficient utilization of advanced data science tools is imperative to ensure seamless communication and the delivery of tailored, personalized offers at each customer stage. The role is pivotal in elevating the overall customer experience and increased spending with the Platinum Brand.

Job Responsibilities:

 -Lead design and implementation of customer journeys for upgrading (from Mainstream), cross-selling, and increased spending via.

-Monitor and optimize revenue across Platinum's channels, developing tailored programs.

-Collaborate with Brand Portfolio and Monetization Manager for direct customer communication, cross-sell and on-top  spending initiatives.

-Utilize industry trends for impactful upgrade and cross-sell programs.

-Oversee business retention for longer relationships, increased sales, and digital adoption.

-Communicate valuable customer insights to reinforce Platinum's value proposition.

-Use data and predictive analytics to anticipate customer behavior, contributing to strategic decision-making.

-Work closely together with the Retention & Engagement Manager for a cohesive CRM campaign strategy and touches to the customer

-Responsible in updating and monitoring the dashboard for upgrade

-Leads the deepdive and provides insights for the performance of upgrades
